I don’t know, I just expected more storage for the price. I started using it and then quickly ran out of space, which was kind of frustrating. Like, it works fine, but the storage filled up way faster than I thought it would.

I did manage to get it canceled in the end, but it was a little more annoying than it needed to be. You kind of expect the process to be quick, but I had to stick with it for a bit before it was finally sorted

I don’t know, the web interface just feels kind of clunky to me. It’s harder than it should be to find folders, and the menus feel a bit messy... like I have to stop and figure out where things are instead of just getting to what I need.

I’ve been using SugarSync and overall it gets the job done, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, the upload speed is hit or miss for me and can feel slow, especially with larger folders. Downloads seem a little better most of the time, but they’re not exactly blazing fast either. It’s useful and reliable enough, I just wish syncing bigger files didn’t take so long.

I gave the free trial a shot i kind of regret not trying it earlier. It synced my folders without any hassle, and the setup was straightforward. My only complaint is that the app feels a little slow at times, but overall it was easy to use and did what I needed.

It works fine for keeping team files in one place and sharing them when needed!! Nothing too fancy, but it gets the job done.

I ran into a sync issue and ended up messaging support. they got back to me faster than I thought they would. Took a couple of emails to get everything figured out, but they were helpful the whole time. Not rude or dismissive. Just easy enough to deal with. Good experience overall.

The problem is the price. I kept looking at what I was paying every month and comparing it to other cloud storage options, and I just couldn’t justify it. For that much money, I expected either more storage, better features, or something that made it feel worth sticking with.

I did want to like it, because it was simple and reliable enough, but at some point you have to be practical. If they lowered the price or gave you more for the money, I’d consider coming back, but right now it just doesn’t make sense for me.
